Ok! well its almost the weekend and I wanted to get this to you to show you a really intense abdominal workout you can do in very little time and in the same amount of space you’d need to swing a cat!
Seriously, this is a great workout to plug into your current routine or simply do it as a superb insertion workout to really fire up the abs and core…
BUT the extra benefit is it doesn’t work JUST your abs or your ‘core’…
How to Get Great Balanced Abs & Core With This Rapid Time Saving Workout [Video] – Work The Spine!
The idea behind this specific workout I’ve put together is to work complete opposite parts of the ‘core’.
You will find that this abs workout will of course stimulate serious muscle activation in the abs but also with the second move you’ll focus on the absolute opposite part of your body, as the previous worked area (abs) takes a very quick rest!
This workout is intense but so cool!
It’s worth a try people! …and let me lastly tell you that the first exercise in this is possibly my favourite abs exercise ever.
So onwards and upwards to great balanced abs that will alleviate back pain, spinal curvature and plain old saggy belly!
(of course a sensible diet is essential too…but that’s another post)
