Hotel Workouts For A Great Body When You’re On The Road

Tonight I’m heading to Denver International Airport to grab a flight (the ‘Red Eye’) to the East Coast (USA) for a conference with a whole load of my colleagues.
Now apart from the fact that I had to get the 1 am flight I’m not really bothered to be missing my home gym, workout classes etc because I have got well used to getting a better workout than a lot of people do in a gym….in my hotel room.
Hotel Workouts For A Great Body When You’re On The Road: Try these yourself:
Today so many people travel – either for a few nights or a few weeks and although most hotels have ok gyms (some have really NICE gyms) I have created hundreds of ‘hotel workouts’ for my friends, clients and customers that can be done in your room. Yes, in that small space between two beds without ever having to lean on the mini bar ![]()
Below I’m going to give you a hotel room workout you can use right now and include the video tutorials for it from my Youtube Channel.
These workouts are the perfect ‘mobile workout’ because you are of course literally being ‘mobile’ as you travel around the country or the world, but by viewing these on your mobile device you can get perfect instruction and guidance as you perform the workouts in the privacy of your own room.
So here is a workout for you. I’ll be doing this one myself on one of the days I’m cooped up inside!
Hotel Room Workout By Tristan Lewis CPT:
Ok.
Beginners: 2 circuits.
Intermediate: 3 circuits.
Advanced: 4 circuits.
Rest 2 mins between full circuits.
Perform 10 (beginners) – 20 (int / adv) reps every exercise.
