I did a video for you with version one you can check out here to get great triceps.

As you may or may not know the upper arm is made up of two main muscles: the tricep (back) and bicep (front). These two muscles allow you to move your arm. Simple.

but in terms of aesthetics or the appearance of muscular arms the tricep actually makes up 2/3 of the upper arm size.

Of course we all like to see great biceps but the tricep gives yuor arms size and girth.

For men and women it is critical to train the tricep correctly as it assists in all pushing moves like shoulder presses and chest presses.
