5 Push Up / Press Up variations For Females (And Men!)

Well this is and article and video exercise routine for 5 great push up exercise variations focused mainly for the ladies, but of course these can be done by the men too. no worries.

This is from the vault, from the female makeover vault.
In my sessions with female clients we always focus a lot of time on compound movements or moves that force multiple muscles to either support, stabilize or assist in the move as well as being the primary muscle focused on. The push up (or press up) is one such movement that whilst a lot of ladies don’t exactly ‘love’ the move they understand the huge benefit of incorporating it into their routines.

Learn to do these right, add them into your routines and you will see the benfit – AND it will get easier.
