Welcome to this fat burning workout of the week. This free video workout is designed around some of the protocols and principles I use with clients so they can achieve an intense and quick workout, with limited space and either total body weight workouts or with just dumbbells.
The point of these quick fat burning workouts is to allow you to pick one, view it on your mobile device in the gym or in your home and achieve maximum calorie burn in the quickest time.
The benefits of these fat burning workouts I do for you are firstly that they are designed for your mobile device so can be used anywhere, but also the protocols I use can be attempted by total beginners and scaled up to full advanced trainee levels.
Fat Burning Workout of The Week: Tabata Protocol
The protocol I use with this workout is the Tabata Protocol. I have used this as probably the main structure for a large amount of my fat burning workouts and have found it to be one of the absolute best fat burning workout timing patterns. It is perfect for both beginners and advanced.
You might here people say it is a bit intense for beginner levels but I disagree. it is perfect for a beginner to get used to a very challenging workout timing pattern but not have to go to extremes that can be added with multiple circuits.
