ColorFit Workout #2 (Orange) – Beginners Full Body HIIT Workout

This is another beginner workout on Fit Dad TV.  It requires no equipment and is ideal for beginners or those coming back from an injury or anyone who has not worked out in a while.

I like fast workouts and that’s what this home HIIT workout is, it only takes 15 minutes to complete.
