This is FitStickz ColorFit Workout #F11.   This is an abs workout that takes only 15 MINUTES.

This uses body weight and will really burn those tummy muscles! Try it before bed 3 times per week…

It requires only some floor space and a mat if you prefer – you can check out the ones I like here.
