ColorFit Workout #3 (Orange) – Beginners Full Body HIIT Home Workout

Hi

This is another beginner workout on Fit Dad TV and is good to use along side #1 and #2.  It requires no equipment and is ideal for beginners or those coming back from an injury or anyone who has not worked out in a while.

If you have a limited amount of time, this home HIIT workout only takes 15 minutes to complete.
