Hi and welcome
This is FitStickz ColorFit Workout #F8. Again we’ll use resistance in the workout sessions. (Try this workout and #F7 and #F6 together on M/W/F for 4 weeks).
A complex workout is a circuit workout where you do not take your hands off of the weight during the circuits. Its fun, challenging and really does burn through stubborn body fat.
It requires only some ‘Dumbbells/weight plates’ – you can see some options I like here.
